This is an example of an MDI (minimum diameter implant) that stabilizes a lower denture with NO supporting bone. The majority of denture wearers suffer from lack of any retention and bone support. This is where patients can really benefit from implants. Of all of the procedures modern dentistry provides, I have found that my patients get tremendous relief and benefit from this simple one hour procedure.
