David Altman, D.D.S. has been practicing Family Dentistry for 30 years. He attended Chico High School and then went to Chico State College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology. He then went on to University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry where he earned his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1978. Dr. keeps up to date on the many advances and latest techniques in dentistry including root canals, implants and cosmetic dentistry, ensuring his patients receive the most comprehensive dental care available.

From 1978-1981 he was the "chief" dental officer at Northern Valley Indian Health, a division of the Indian Health Service. The organization provided medical and dental services for Indian and the indigent population in the surrounding 5 counties.

In 2008, the doctor is proud to say he has been providing the residents of Orland with the very best of care for 27 years!

He lives with his adorable wife Connie and lovely daughter, Allison, who is in high school. His devoted adult sons, Chris and Evan live close by in Chico. Dr. Altman is an avid skier and tennis player and loves the outdoors. He believes Northern California is the best kept secret.
